早餐(7:30): 五行酵精30ml
(9:00): 蘋果2個
(10:30): 呼拉圈10分鐘
午餐(11:15): 水煮菜一碗(olive oil 半茶匙), 水煮蛋一隻(隻蛋唔多靚仔),
牛蒡紅蘿蔔湯一碗
下午茶(3:00): 豆漿一杯, 蒟蒻椰果兩個(食唔到五個)
晚餐(6:45): 雞扒雜菜生果沙律一碟(D沙律丁丁咁多仲要勁多dressing, 放棄唔食)
(8:30): 水煮菜一碗(olive oil 半茶匙), 牛蒡紅蘿蔔湯一碗
(9:30): 呼拉圈15分鐘
嘩嘩嘩, 開心C我, Angel 呢個三日纖腰餐單真係超"勁", 今朝上磅一睇, 唔係化, 重番個磅咁就收復左, 咁明日咪有可能出現New Low! 仲有一日就完成呢個三日纖腰餐單, 等收成續表呢!
Dinner帶左幾個外甥出街食, 好彩力保不失, 冇受魔鬼誘惑, 叫左個雞扒雜菜生果沙律, 點知上檯, 勁多沙律醬, 唔掂, 超肥, 篤左兩啖, 放棄, 只係食左塊雞扒, 返到屋企再煮菜食。我在水煮菜上碟後再加半茶匙初榨Olive Oil, 因為教主講過食好油唔會肥, 仲會瘦。但早餐兩日都冇乳酪食, 冇去超市買唔到。
三日纖腰餐單第二日順利過關。

think so but honey buy the wrong one for me today. He buy the regular one, not low fat. That's why I don't have yogurt to eat
