7月10日

今朝上磅數字係:  112.80


早餐(11:00):  暖水抔. Low fat 乳酪一抔


    (12:00): 蘋果一隻


午餐(1:30): Terayaki 雞飯走雞 加炒雜菜  


晚餐(7:00): 雜菜生果沙律一碟半, 焗雞胸肉兩大片


    (9:00): 火龍果一個


今朝唔覺意訓都成11點, 好遲先吃早餐, 後尾一車人去左Staten Island Mall shopping, hea左大半日, 再去Costco買料返歸整沙律食, 好平淡咁過左一日。
